Virtual Office Plans by Capital Executive Office Suites are designed for companies that do not require a physical office but want a Wellington CBD address and or/use of reception services.

We have a variety of clients who use virtual office packages. Some want

  • a professional business address where someone is available to receive and sign for deliveries
    AND/OR
  • a professional message service where the receptionist gives the impression they are that businesses receptionist - not just a message service
    AND/OR
  • meeting facilities or office facilities once a week or once a month
    AND/OR
  • administrative services, order taking, postal service, secretarial service …

We can tailor make a package to suit your requirements


Full Virtual Office Plan Cost: NZ$150.00 per month (plus GST)

  • Use of postal address
  • Use of street address for delivery of parcels etc.
  • Dedicated telephone number answered in your personal greeting. If required your calls can be transferred*, without the caller being aware that you are not in the office, to your:
    Mobile/pager/another number.
  • Voicemail/Message taking*
    All messages are handled with absolute confidentiality.
  • Fax Service*
    Use of CEO fax number.
    All faxes are handled with absolute confidentiality.
  • Access to CEO Meeting Rooms and other services.

*Outward calls additional charge at Telecom base rates.
